Shipping

  • General shipping within Australia and New Zealand will take approximately 2- 3 weeks from the date ordered with lenience to weekends and public holidays.

    Regions exterior to this will receive their order within 3- 4 weeks. This can be accelerated by selecting the express shipping at checkout. 

  • The price is determined by the location of your shipping address relative to the factory where your order is to be sent from. Our standard shipping rates are as follows:

    Australia, New Zealand & Oceania: $10.00AUD 

    Regions External to above: $15.00AUD

    Be sure to take advantage of our coupons and free shipping offers to mitigate this expense and strengthen your connection for less.

     

    Note: Some products may incur a greater shipping charge due to the weight of the item or special care required during shipping

Payment

  • At Elemental Connection we currently accept payment by 

    • PayPal
    • Visa
    • Mastercard

    We do not accept subsidy in the form of cash or direct bank transfer.

    It should be noted that all payments are made in Australian Dollars and that payment methods may vary depending on the options available in the country of purchase. 

  • No extra charges are collected by Elemental Connection for customs or tax purposes. As such, no exterior payments can be reimbursed in the instance of a lost, damaged or returned product. 

    Although Elemental Connection will display product prices in your local currency, all transactions will be made in Australian Dollars

  • Upon reaching checkout and prior to payment, a coupon code can be entered in the field labeled “coupon code”. 

    After entering a valid code, the discount will be applied to your cart and you will be free to continue to payment. 

Orders

  • Due to the limitations of customs, invoices cannot be attached to the final package. You will find all invoices, order confirmations and relevant supporting documents in the email used to register with Elemental Connection.

    Contact us if you require a copy of any lost documentation. 

  • If your order did not succeed, it is most likely due to an error during payment. Be sure to choose a supported payment method and enter all details as they appear on your card or account. 

    Your order may also fail if shipping to your country is not approved, or stock limitations prevent the item from being purchased.

  • For assistance with any facet of the ordering process or to ask any questions, contact the Elemental Connection team via email and we will get back to you as swiftly as possible. 

Returns

  • In order to instigate the return proceedings, contact our support team and detail the reasoning for the return. You will be contacted directly by a member of the team to resolve the issue as fast as possible. 

    Customers may only request a return and subsequent refund within 21 days of the estimated delivery date. 

    An order may cancelled at any time before being shipped either through the ‘orders’ section of your account or by contacting us directly. 

  • All refunds will be issued within 7 business days of product return or dispute resolution. Unless otherwise specified, refunds will be issued to the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.

    restitution will not be issued for fees external to product return such as return shipping, customs and taxes.
